There has been a lot of flutter on social media over the last couple of years. Claims have been made, challenges thrown down, and new words invented - do they stand up to scrutiny?

One side claims ‘biomechanics is wrong’, and the other says that ’tensegrity is a load of made-up hippy speak’ - is there a middle road?
