In this special hour session of theory & practice, James Earls & Owen Lewis of Born to Move will bring anatomy alive to generate a deeper appreciation of the pelvis & the foot, and how these areas interrelate with the rest of the body. Attendees will get hands-on, learning new vocabulary, practicing new assessments, and most importantly building a greater picture of how the body moves in the real world, where gravity, momentum and ground force reaction influence every action we take.
