This session will exam the current challenges faced by Health & social care systems  within a northern Ireland context highlighting drivers  for change in a trauma  informed landscape. Focusing on a range of DoH policies under the pillars of Stabilisation, Reform and Delivery the session will exam moves towards a neighbourhood centred system of care and provide an overview  of progress for rehabilitation framework to date.
