Elyfia, the UK AI health-coaching startup dedicated to improving support for people with fibromyalgia and persistent pain, has announced two major initiatives designed to expand access to high-quality care. Dr Ilan Lieberman, drawing on 25 years of experience as a Pain Medicine Consultant supporting people with complex chronic pain, confirmed the launch of the Elyfia Therapist Affiliate Scheme and the availability of 50 free one-month coaching places.

Elyfia uses AI-supported coaching, behaviour-change tools and pain-science education to provide users with daily structure, motivation and clarity—filling the gap between appointments where people with fibromyalgia often struggle most. In 2024, Elyfia was awarded a prestigious Innovate UK grant, recognising its potential to deliver scalable impact in one of the most underserved areas of chronic pain care.

The new Therapist Affiliate Scheme enables therapists to recommend Elyfia to clients through a simple tracking code and earn transparent revenue share on every active subscription. This allows therapists to extend support without increasing workload, while helping clients stay more engaged, informed and consistent in their therapy journey.

Alongside this, Elyfia is offering 50 free one-month digital coaching places. These limited slots provide full access to Elyfia’s structured daily coaching, education and evidence-aligned guidance.

Elyfia will be showcased at Therapy Expo, where therapists can learn more, experience the user journey and support eligible clients to claim one of the free places.
