The Sports Pro offers great levels of height adjustment which can be quickly, and quietly, altered by way of a foot pedal.  In terms of positioning the couch top, the back rest and lower leg section are manually operated enabling the couch to be used completely flat through to chair position thus allowing you complete flexibility in all your treatments.
