The EasyReach adaptive underwear garment permits dressing without having to stand on one leg, without having to bend the back/hip/knee sufficinetly to pass one's foot through the underwear. It does this with its zip and popper combination at the front. Simply sit on the garment, with it undone, pop the poppers together on the waistband, then your hands are free to do up the zips.

It also has bespoke pockets on the sides for a slimline cooling gelpack to help soothe sore hips. Unlike the traditional 'bag of forzen peas' these can remain in place while getting up and about, and not be restricted to sitting down and holding the bag of peas to the hip.
