Physiotherapist Degree Apprenticeship
Our Physiotherapy Degree Apprenticeship is built around the Government-approved Physiotherapy Apprenticeship Standard. That means it’s shaped by the skills, knowledge and behaviours employers across the sector say they want from future professionals like you.
When you successfully complete the course and meet the minimum practice hours, you’ll be eligible to apply to join the HCPC register as a Physiotherapist.
As an apprentice, you’ll benefit from:
- Gaining a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy, without the tuition fees
- A course that’s accredited by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
- Access to a dedicated clinical skills lab offering the very best in experiential learning
You’ll complete 1,000 hours of placements during your apprenticeship. These placements are an essential part of your learning. It'll give you the experience you need to qualify and thrive in your future career. They count towards your off-the-job training and part of your training plan. You’ll need to attend full time, and some travel may be required to make sure you get a wide range of practical experience.
Here’s how your placements will be structured:
- Year 1: One 7-week placement
- Year 2: Two 7-week placements
- Year 3: One 7-week placement
