Introducing the HeadX Kross
The HeadX Kross is a patented lightweight, head-mounted crosshair laser system designed to provide real-time visual feedback for patients with neck pain, whiplash-associated disorders, cervicogenic dizziness, and proprioceptive deficits. By clearly displaying head orientation in pitch, roll and yaw, the Kross helps patients visualise and correct movement, retrain postural control, and rebuild confidence.

Developed in partnership with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and researchers, the Kross supports a range of clinical assessments and interventions, including:

• Joint Position Error Testing (JPET)

• Range of Motion training

• Gaze stabilisation exercises

• Sensorimotor retraining

• Postural awareness drills
