Dr Chris Rosimus is a registered Sports and Exercise Nutritionist with over 12 years’ experience in elite sport. As Head of Performance Nutrition at the English FA, he leads nutrition strategy across the men’s pathway and supports the senior team. Chris has directed nutrition at major tournaments including Euro 2024, Euro 2020, Qatar 2022, and the 2019 Women’s World Cup, introducing innovations now adopted across England teams and the Premier League. He has also led overhauls of performance nutrition services at both the FA and the England & Wales Cricket Board, covering governance, education, and partnerships.
Chris has worked with organisations including the English Institute of Sport, England Cricket, Leicester City, Aston Villa, and ONE Pro Cycling. His research has been published in Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise, Science and Medicine in Football, and Nutrients. He holds a Professional Doctorate and has previously sat on the Board of the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENR).
