Graeme started working in elite sport as a GP in 1996 and was Newcastle Falcons doctor for 15 years, EIS physician 19 years, CMO to British Diving and attended 3 Olympic games as Team GB doctor. Graeme achieved SEM specialist recognition in 2012 and serves on FSEM Council. In 2007 he joined Connect Health as the first non-physiotherapy clinician. Connect work exclusively as an independent NHS provider of community MSK and Mental Health services. With 56 NHS contracts nationally, as CMO, Graeme has led clinical service development including becoming a multi-disciplinary clinical organisation with quality, innovation, person-centred three key values.
