Julia Gover is a clinician, educator, and public speaker with a deep commitment to improving the quality of life for people living with pain. Julia combines compassionate, patient-centred care with a strong academic foundation, currently pursuing an MSc in Pain Science and Management at Keele University.
Known for making complex pain science accessible and engaging, Julia has delivered talks for TEDx, the Royal College of Chiropractors, and Therapy Live, and has featured on The Back Pain Podcast. Her TEDx talk Pain and the Brain and subsequent speaking work have gained international recognition for clarity, warmth, and clinical relevance.
In addition to her clinical work, Julia is a trustee and council member of the Royal College of Chiropractors, where she contributes to the Specialist Pain Faculty and the Public Health Society. She also serves as Director of CPD, supporting the professional development of chiropractors through the webinars and conferences. Her work is driven by a passion for evidence-based practice and empowering both clinicians and the public to better understand persistent pain.
