Kate has over 20 years’ experience working as a Graduate Sports Therapist. Her roles include Head of sports therapy for Swindon Town FC and Head of sports therapy and sports medicine for the English Ice Hockey Association. She was also lead sports therapist for the Rest of the World team at the UNICEF David Beckham game at Old Trafford working with athletes such as Ronaldinho and Figo.
In 2004 Kate set up her clinic Back2fitness and works with athletes from a variety of different levels and different sports. Kate has also taught in Higher Education for over 15 years and currently works as a Senior lecturer in Sports Therapy at The University of Hertfordshire. Kate is also studying for a PhD which looks at knee kinematics and kinetics during sports specific activities.
