
Kate Jackson

Kate Jackson is an Occupational Therapist who has worked across the Fylde Coast in community health services, hospital services and as a commissioner. Since 2018 Kate has held a number of national roles at NHS England and NHS Improvement including AHP Professional Advisor to the Discharge and Community Services team and Head of Personalised Care (Clinical, Workforce & Lived Experience). Kate is currently Assistant Director for Community Services Transformation at NHS England and NHS Improvement.
