Lindsay Whitaker qualified as a Graduate Sports Rehabilitator in 2008 and is a registrant of the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators (BASRaT). With almost 20 years’ experience of working in elite sport and the private sector, including having served as the Head of Medical Services in professional rugby union, she has spent the last 3 years working as an Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor for the Ministry of Defence (MOD). Lindsay specialises in musculoskeletal injury management, exercise-based rehabilitation and performance optimisation, combining evidence-based practice with a tailored approach to support athletes, service personnel and military recruits, facilitating injury recovery and successful return to health and performance.
