Following a degree in Psychology, Paul was at Saatchi & Saatchi for 14 years before being headhunted by Grey Advertising to become one of their Global Planning Directors. During this time, he continued his Psychology, training, first as a coach and then as a Master Practitioner in NLP, before finally becoming a fully accredited and qualified Psychotherapist from the world renowned Metanoia Institute. He now practices in the City of London, specialising in clients with high stress careers. Paul also holds an MBA and MSc in organisational change. He is married with four adult children (two of which were born deaf). In his spare time, Paul is still a competitive rower and has recently returned from rowing the Head of the Charles in Boston, MA.
