For the past 10 years Beccy has been championing gold standard exercise prescription for people with Parkinson’s from her base as a specialist physio in Berkshire and also across the UK through the work of the Exercise Hub (as part of the Parkinson's UK Excellence Network). As well as her own group and 1-2-1 Parkinson’s caseload Beccy works alongside her Exercise Hub co-chair Dr Julie Jones to create connection and collaboration in the field of Parkinson’s exercise though the Hub which after 8 years now has over 400 members. Organising monthly seminars, study days and online forums in order to drive up the standard of research based exercise prescription across the UK.
