I graduated in 2019 from St Mary's University with a degree in Sport Rehabilitation and started my career at Marine Court Rehabilitation Centre with The Fire Fighters Charity. In the middle of the pandemic I had my first experience within the NHS within a Falls Prevention Team. From there I went on to work for the Ministry of Defence at Bulford Regional Rehabilitation Unit and whilst working I gained an MSc in Physical Activity & Public Health from the University of Chichester. That lead me back towards the NHS in 2023, where I joined my current team in Southern Health NHS Trust at Andover War Memorial Hospital, as an MSK Clinician.
