Back extension and rotations are often associated with injuries, so it’s important to learn how to perform these movements safely. The Cobra is a great way to stabilise the spine in extension and improve posture but this exercise is often not performed well. Physiotherapist and APPI Pilates teacher demonstrates a series of movements and techniques that help to make the Cobra more efficient and safe.
