Thank you for choosing to exhibit with us. This is your dedicated exhibitor zone (E-Zone) to help you make the most of exhibiting at Therapy Expo 2025. Within the E-Zone, you can update your website profile, upload your product videos, press releases, and download a range of materials to help you promote your presence at Therapy Expo. You'll also be able to read all the important information about your stand in the Technical Manual.

Your online profile and showguide listing
It is important that your online profile is kept up-to-date - this is the first place delegates look when planning which exhibitors they are going to visit. You are required to upload a high-res logo (300 dpi), company description, social media links, and contact details. Click on the links to the left to update your listing.

Please note: The company name on your online profile will be used in the printed showguide and on the nameboard on your stand. If you require your exhibiting name to be changed, please contact us on therapy_expo@closerstillmedia.com.

Press releases
You can upload press releases and case studies to your online profile. These will be visible under your profile on the website, with the potential to be added to our news page and shared across the Therapy Expo social media accounts, so we encourage you to upload as many as you can. 

Product gallery
You are welcome to upload different products that you will be showcasing at Therapy Expo to let delegates know what they can expect to see from you. Remember to include product descriptions.

We're here to support you every step of the way to make sure your brand gets noticed and remembered long after Therapy Expo takes place. Order your exhibitor badges and lead capture
This is the place to make sure your team are registered for their badges in advance of the event taking place and to help you get set up on the lead capture app. You'll also be able to download your leads from here after the event takes place.
